Each treatment requires a brief 1-2 hour procedure working to elevate, tighten and redevelop the sculpted features lost in the aging process.

The procedure is conducted right in the Dr. "T's" facility in a relaxed atmosphere. Pre-medication is given to the patient, followed by a special anesthetic solution injected in the area forward of the ears. This fluid gently frees the muscles and skin from adhesions making the tissue mobile for repositioning and redraping. The fluid also eliminates excessive bleeding both during and after the procedure.

A small incision is then made in the natural fold of the ear. Any stubborn fat deposits are removed from the cheeks, jowls and neck regions with a tiny canula. The doctor than utilizes multiple tiny sutures to pull the deep sagging tissue upward to realign with zygomatic bone (cheekbone).

The sutures are than bonded to the periostium (the membrane of connective tissue covering the cheekbone), ensuring reliability against stretching back. The excess skin is removed and concealed meticulously within the natural fold of the ear.

At this time, the doctor will perform any necessary liposculpture. By injecting your own fat directly into the muscle layer, the deep lines and wrinkles are treated and filled. This technique in conjunction with the lifting procedure will remove the sagging of the neck, cheeks and jowls, while rehighlighting the cheekbones.
